What is Premier Drive?
Premier Drive is a luxury car subscription from Right2Drive, focused on Mercedes-Benz. We source your preferred Mercedes-Benz model from our range, with insurance, servicing, registration, telematics and roadside in one simple weekly payment. Flexible 3, 6, 9 and 12-month subscription terms are available.
Who is Right2Drive?
Right2Drive is an Australian vehicle specialist business that has helped over 300,000 drivers across Australia and New Zealand stay on the road after an accident since 2012. Premier Drive is the first of Right2Drive's vehicle subscriptions.
Does Premier Drive perform a credit check?
We focus on assessing your ability to meet the subscription payments rather than relying solely on a traditional credit check. As part of the application process, we may ask you to provide documents that help us understand your financial position. All information is handled securely and used only to assess eligibility.
If I have been declined for finance on a loan, can I still subscribe?
Premier Drive offers a flexible alternative to traditional car finance. Even if you have been declined for a loan, you may still be able to subscribe. Our concierge team will review your circumstances and confirm whether Premier Drive is suitable for you.
Which Mercedes-Benz models are available?
We offer Mercedes-Benz sedan and SUV models in NSW and Victoria. Availability varies by state, so use the state selector at the top of the website to see models for your market. View current models and weekly pricing on our homepage, or enquire and our concierge team will confirm options for you.
How does Premier Drive compare with traditional finance?
Our pricing grid shows a weekly cost comparison for each model, including insurance, servicing, registration and other running costs alongside the drive-away amount. Figures are for comparison only. Our concierge team can walk you through the numbers for your preferred model.
Can a subscription be tax-effective for my business?
A subscription may be treated as an operating expense depending on your circumstances. We recommend speaking with your accountant about how this applies to you. Our concierge team can provide a clear breakdown of inclusions for that conversation.

Subscription

What is a luxury car subscription?
A luxury car subscription is an all-inclusive way to drive a premium vehicle without buying or financing one outright. You pay a predictable weekly amount that covers the car and the main running costs, with concierge support throughout your term.
How does Premier Drive work?
Send an enquiry with your preferred model and subscription term. Our concierge team contacts you to confirm the most suitable car and subscription plan. Once you are booked in, we source your Mercedes-Benz from available stock and arrange concierge handover.
Can I choose my model, colour and specification?
You can choose your preferred model from our range. Vehicles are supplied in the colour and specification we have available, so colour and specification cannot be customised. Our concierge team will confirm the details of the vehicle for your preferred model when you enquire.
What is included in a Premier Drive subscription plan?
Your weekly payment covers the Mercedes-Benz subscription along with comprehensive insurance, scheduled servicing and maintenance, registration and CTP, telematics, roadside assistance and concierge handover for the primary subscriber. 385 km/week included (50c per excess km). Additional drivers can be added for $15/week per additional driver (incl. GST). All prices include GST.
How much does a Premier Drive subscription cost?
Weekly pricing varies by model and minimum term (3, 6, 9 or 12 months). Optional extras such as excess reduction and additional drivers are available for an extra weekly fee ($15/week per additional driver (incl. GST)). View current Mercedes-Benz models and drive-away weekly pricing on our homepage, or enquire and our concierge team will confirm pricing for your preferred model. All prices include GST.
What do minimum subscription terms mean?
Premier Drive subscriptions run on minimum terms of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months. The shortest available is a 3-month minimum subscription. The term you choose is the minimum period you commit to at that plan's weekly rate. Each option is a minimum commitment for that period. When your minimum term ends, your subscription continues month-to-month at the same weekly rate. All prices include GST.
What happens when my minimum term ends?
After your minimum term of 3, 6, 9 or 12 months, your subscription continues month-to-month at the same weekly rate as your chosen plan. You are not required to commit to another minimum term. For example, after a 3-month minimum term you are not required to commit to another fixed term. You simply continue month-to-month at your 3-month plan weekly rate until you give notice to end. To end your subscription, please provide 30 days' notice to Premier Drive. All prices include GST.
How do I end my Premier Drive subscription?
To end your subscription, please provide 30 days' notice to Premier Drive. Our concierge team can confirm the process and any final steps for your vehicle when you get in touch.
Do prices include GST?
Yes. All prices include GST. Weekly subscription prices shown on our website are all-inclusive drive-away amounts including GST, covering the vehicle and standard inclusions such as insurance, servicing, registration, telematics and roadside assistance.
Can I change the Mercedes-Benz model on my subscription?
When your minimum term ends, your subscription continues month-to-month at the same weekly rate. You can also switch to a different Mercedes-Benz model from our range if your needs change, without the hassle of selling or trading in a vehicle.
How many kilometres can I drive?
Your subscription includes 385 km/week included (50c per excess km). Your allowance details are set out in your subscription agreement.
Is fuel or charging included?
Fuel and charging expenses remain your responsibility during your subscription. You will need to cover the costs of refuelling or charging the vehicle.
How are toll payments managed?
Tolls are the responsibility of the subscriber and should be paid directly to the toll operator. We recommend using a toll tag in your vehicle to keep costs straightforward. Any tolls incurred on your vehicle that are not paid directly may be charged to you in accordance with your subscription agreement.

Insurance & excess

What is insurance excess?
Insurance excess is the amount you pay towards a repair or insurance claim before your cover applies. It applies regardless of fault. If you are involved in an incident, you pay the applicable excess and insurance covers eligible costs above that amount. Optional excess reduction lowers this amount for a small weekly fee.
What is the insurance excess on my subscription?
Insurance excess depends on your vehicle. Entry- and mid-tier models (including AMG A 35, C 200, GLC 200, GLA 35, AMG A 45 S, C 300 and GLC 300) have a standard excess of $5,000. The GLE 300 d has a standard excess of $5,000. The GLE 63 S has a standard excess of $10,000. Insurance excess applies regardless of fault. View model-specific excess details on each vehicle page, or speak with our concierge team.

Optional excess reduction lowers that amount for a small weekly fee. On models with a $5,000 standard excess, standard excess reduction is $20 per week (reducing excess to $2,500) and premium excess reduction is $30 per week (reducing excess to $500). On the GLE 63 S, with a $10,000 standard excess, standard excess reduction is $30 per week (reducing excess to $5,000) and premium excess reduction is $40 per week (reducing excess to $500). Our concierge team can walk you through the options for your model.

Report the incident, complete any required forms, and follow the instructions provided. We will manage the insurance claim process on your behalf. The applicable insurance excess will be handled according to your subscription agreement and the outcome of the claim. Please prioritise safety and follow all legal requirements at the scene.

Bond, payments & handover

Are there upfront costs required for a subscription?
Yes. A bond equal to four weeks' subscription is payable before we secure your vehicle, along with your first week's subscription payment before handover. Our concierge team will confirm the exact figures for your preferred model when you enquire.
What is the bond and how much is it?
A bond equal to four weeks' subscription is payable. It is refundable at the end of your subscription term as long as you are not behind on payments or owe money for things like damage, tolls and other outstanding charges. This is separate from your ongoing weekly subscription payments, which are charged upfront each week. Our concierge team will confirm the exact bond amount for your preferred model when you enquire.
When is the bond collected?
Your bond is collected before we secure your vehicle. Your first week's subscription payment is collected at or before handover. Both the bond and first week's payment must be cleared before handover is scheduled.
What must be paid before handover?
Before handover, your bond equal to four weeks' subscription and your first week's subscription payment must be paid in full and cleared. Subscription payments continue to be charged upfront each week throughout your term.
How am I charged for my Premier Drive subscription?
You will need to sign a recurring payment authority for your subscription using Stripe. Your subscription is charged automatically each week to your nominated payment method. You must notify us of any card changes. Your concierge team will confirm payment details when you book in.
What happens if a subscription payment fails?
If a scheduled payment fails, we will automatically retry after 24 hours. A three-day grace period applies, during which our concierge team will contact you to help resolve the issue. If payment is not resolved after the grace period, we reserve the right to reclaim the vehicle in accordance with your subscription agreement.
How does the handover process work?
Once your subscription is confirmed, we source your Mercedes-Benz from available stock to match your preferences. Before handover, your bond equal to four weeks' subscription and your first week's subscription payment must be cleared. Our concierge team then arranges handover and delivery to a location that suits you, walks you through the vehicle features, answers your questions, and provides the documents for your subscription before you take delivery.
